How to Clear Your Browser's Cache

Occasionally, parts of the LMS may appear to break, or not load correctly. This is often due to an error in files stored by your web browser to speed up the loading of webpages. To fix these issues, you will have to clear your browser's cache.

We've collated instructions on how to clear the cache for most popular web browsers, and all devices used to access the LMS. Please look for your browser first. Try matching its icon to the images, if you're not sure what browser you use. Then look for the section on your type of device.

If your browser and device combination is covered in this article, you will have to search the internet for a guide on how to do this.

Once you've cleared your browsers cache using the instructions below, return to the page you were on previously. Refresh your page and your issue should be resolved. If this hasn't worked, please let us know via the live chat, or by emailing support@yourhippo.com
