Approval Required for Historical Training Records
The Approval Required feature will only be available if you have been given the appropriate access. This access would usually be given to Regional Managers and Head Office.
How to Turn on Approval Required for A Historical Training Record
In the Menu, drop down Homes/Services then click your company name.
Then click Edit
Then select Courses
There is a column labelled Requires Approval, if you would like a course to need approval you need to tick the appropriate box for that course.
How to Approve/Delete a Training Record
On the Menu, select Training Records, then Awaiting Approval
A list of all Pending Results will appear in a table.
You can click the cloud icon to download the evidence which has been uploaded.
Clicking Approve will finalise the creation of the record and update all compliance.
Clicking Delete will remove the record and not show on any compliance.
If you do not have the necessary permission to approve historical training records, then all of the above will not be accessible for you.
