How to reset a User's Password
If a user has forgotten their password, you can reset this for them.
Resetting a User's Password will only be visible if you have been given the appropriate access. This access would usually be given to Regional Managers, Managers and Admins.
From the navigation bar on the left hand side, select Users, then select Search Users
Then in the search bar, enter the user's name and Press "Search"
Select their name to go to the User's Profile. Then press the Edit button in the top right hand corner
On the edit page, press the Change Password in the top right corner
Click Send Reset Email (we recommend that you send a password reset email rather than manually resetting their password for GDPR reasons)
A message will then appear letting you know that a link has been sent to the user.
