How to Reset a User's Password
If a user has forgotten their password, you can reset this for them.
Resetting a User's Password will only be visible if you have been given the appropriate access. This access would usually be given to Managers, Admins and above.
To begin, open the the user's profile which you'd like to edit. If you're not sure how to do this, please visit our help article on How to Search for a User's Profile first.
Press the "Edit" button, in the top right of the user's profile.
On the edit page, press the Change Password in the top right corner
Click Send Reset Email (we recommend that you send a password reset email rather than manually resetting their password for GDPR reasons)
A message will then appear letting you know that a link has been sent to the user.
