Manager Dashboard
Manager Dashboard view will only be visible if you have been given the appropriate access. This access is provided to Super Users ONLY or other Top Users, i.e., the Learning & Development Team.
Select Events from the Navigation bar located on the left-hand side.
From your Events click into the Manager Dashboard on the Central Menu.
Within the Manager Dashboard, there are many widgets including: Focused Courses, Total Courses Ran, Top 5 Courses Ran, Care Certificate, Active Users, Roles, and Presets (This is tailored to you as an individual so if you have not created Presets then the boxes will be empty).
Starting off with Overall Compliance, the statistics for these pie charts are for all the services you have access to. (Please note that these may have different naming conventions depending on your company settings).
Focused Courses are courses that your company may want to keep an eye on for various reasons.
Depending on your permissions, you will be able to: Click on the edit option, select a new set of courses you want to focus on (maximum of 5) and Click Update.
Total Courses Ran shows you how many E-Learning courses have been ran by staff within your Home/Service. You can see the numbers for the Today, Last 7 Days and Overall.
Note - Any numbers hyperlinked will take you to the Certificate report and display the information for the option you've clicked.
Top 5 courses ran shows the courses that have been ran the most by staff at your Home/Service, this chart shows you the statistics for, Today and the Last 7 days
The Care Certificate widget shows you: Staff who are still working towards their Care Certificate who are now outside of their starter period, Staff who are still working towards their Care Certificate still within their Starter Period, Staff who are waiting to be signed off on the Care Certificate and Staff who have completed the Care Certificate and been signed off.

Active Users show you: How many users within your Home/Service are currently online, the Number of Current accounts the Number of Absent accounts, the Number of Leaver accounts.
Note - Through this Active Users box of statistics you are also able to click on View Active Users in which will take you to a report of all your staff that are currently online.
Roles show you: How many Users are under each role within your Home/Service you have selected, Number of Mandatory courses that are assigned to each role, and Number of Required courses that are assigned to each role.

Finally, we have three Presets: Matrix Report, Compliance Report, Certificate Report.
You will be able to create a Preset through the Manage Button in the bottom right-hand corner of each Preset box. If you are unsure on how to create a Present click here How To Create A Preset.
