How to Cancel a Booking/Session

Cancelling a Booking/Session will only be possible if you have been given the appropriate access.  This access would usually be given to Regional Managers or Regional Trainers


You firstly need to open the 'Manage Bookings' tab. This can be accessed from the menu on the left hand side or from the events area along the top.

Cancelling a Session

If you need to cancel an individual session, click the 'Booking Ref' and this opens the edit booking area

You can then use the bin icon on the far right hand side on the session that you need to cancel:

Select a reason using the dropdown and fill in the Cancellation Notes, these are both required in order to cancel a session

Once cancelled, there will be a line through the session

You will also see on the main 'Manage Bookings' tab the cancelled session can no longer be seen

You can scroll across to the 'Status' field and filter on cancelled in order to see cancelled bookings


How to Cancel an Entire Booking

From the 'Manage Bookings' tab, find the booking you want to cancel and simply click the bin icon next to the booking reference

In the same way as cancelling an individual session, you need to give a reason and fill out the notes field.

Once complete, there is a red banner along the top notifying you that the booking has been cancelled and you can see the details of who cancelled the booking and when it was cancelled.

When a booking is cancelled, it cannot be reversed and so if this is done in error, a new booking will have to be created.

Once cancelled, the Managers, Trainer, and all Delegates are sent a notification email letting them know it has been cancelled.
