How to View User Account Activity Report
Viewing Users Account Activity will only be visible if you have been given the appropriate access. This access would usually be given to Regional Managers, Managers and Admins.
To view a users activity report, click on Users. From the dropdown you can then click Search Users.
Search for your User.
Following this, click onto the User's name.
Then select Edit on the users profile.
Finally click on Activity, from here a table will load up of all previous activity made to an account.
The 'Changes' column tells you what field/area of the users profile has been changed.
The Old/New Value tells you what the value of the field has changed to.
The 'Causer' is the person who has made the change to the account.
